Every person has what's called a biofield. Through everyday experiences the biofield can become weakened, dented, etc. 
So, on days we don't feel like ourselves, or we are extra tired...that can be a sign that our biofields aren't flowing properly. 
If performed in person this is done with a series of touching/holding points, where positive energy is transferred from earth or divine, through the practitioner to another. Helping the biofield to become smoother, stronger and undented...allowing things to move and flow smoothly. Giving energy and positivity back to the person.

If performed virtually the work will be done over the phone. Similar to Wi-Fi a practitioner is able to connect wirelessly to you to transmit positive energy and healing, giving the EXACT same results, in a shorter amount of time.
While the above is a general baseline description, I specialize in speaking to the initial driving factor of the subconscious (getting to the root cause of reasons why you are triggered, blocked, stuck, etc) and do not need to touch to activate the healing session. It can be done with talking as well.
 

After session, we talk about what was felt & process through together. Purpose is to soothe, relax & pinpoint where you are headed physically & spiritually.
