Looking for a nutritious side dish to go with your dinner or even lunch? How about a snack? I've got that for you! Based off a keto recipe, I fined to tuned it to our own delish meal....feel free to fine tune it to make it your own too!
Ingredients (makes approx 24): - 2 containers whole mushrooms with stems - 4oz cream cheese - 1 cup of mozzarella cheese - 1/4 c chopped onion Instructions: 1. wash mushrooms 2. take off stems and place them into a bowl 3. combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and onion in bowl and mix 4. put mixture into mushroom caps 5. bake at 350 for approx 15min (or until its melted - as seen in pic) 6. remove & enjoy
