Contains:
LBN pH balanced liquid soap paste, Phytokeratin (plant keratin), Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf, Equisetum Arvense (horsetail root), hydrodol water of Melaleuca Alternafolia (Tea Tree) Leaf/Helichrysum Italicum Flower Oil/Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary)/Avena Sativa (Oat), Tocopheryl Acetate (vit e), Ascorbic acid (vit c), Panthenol (vit b), Niacinamide (b3), Pyroxidine (b6), Glycerin (vegatable), Quillaja Saponaria Bark, natural food preservative, scent.

1. Get hair completely wet
2. Shake shampoo vigorously
3. Pump quarter sized amount into hand
4. Outside of the stream of water rub hands together to spread out the shampoo
5. Apply to scalp
6. Rub thoroughly getting a good lather going - add more shampoo if needed
7. Once hair is covered with lather, rinse thoroughly.

Follow with LBN conditioner & dry as normal
